Maintaining a good health characteristic can be achieved by exercising, eating healthy foods, relaxing the mind, and sleeping well. Here are some key strategies:
1. Eat a Balanced Diet
Prioritize Whole Foods: Opt for oxidized low GI and high fiber carbohydrates and lean meats, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, and many vegetables and fruits. Stay Hydrated: Take a lot of water, during the whole day and avoid very sweet juicy fruits in between the meals. Moderate your intake of sweetened beverages and restrict coffee and tea intake. Limit Processed Foods: Excluding foods with high sugar content, salt, and unhealthy fat since they do not benefit the body in any way.
